Biljni začini

NANA

Nana je višegodišnja biljka. Poznato je da se može koristiti u spremanju raznih jela od mlevenog mesa i jagnjetine. Može da se upotrebi još kao dodatak sladoledu, kremovima i likerima. Listovi se koriste suvi i sveži, a u jelo se stavljaju pred kraj kuvanja.

BOSILJAK

Poznato nam je da je bosiljak začinska biljka vrlo jakog i prijatnog mirisa. Koristi se kao dodatak jelima (supi, čorbi, pečenju,dodatak kuvanoj ribi i salati). Bosiljak ima i svoje lekovito dejstvo gde pomaže bolje varenje i daje bolji apetit.

RUZMARIN

Ruzmarin je lekovita i začinska biljka koju možemo uzgajati i pored prozora. Listovi ruzmarina imaju jak miris i kao takvi koriste se za pripremanje raznih jela: pečenja, ribu, pečeni krompir, jela sa roštilja...

MIROĐIJA

Mirođija je jedna od najpoznatijih začinskih biljaka. Njeni razbarušeni tanki listovi su jakog mirisa i koriste se za pripremu sendviča, namaza, raznih sosova, salata, krompir salata, a najjače dejstvo u spremanju morskih plodova.
